Ultra Services Remodeling

Client will receive a two-year warranty on work that is completed by Ultra Services Remodeling. Warranty also covers against peeling, chalking, and uneven fading on most wood and composite wood surface. Caulking and wood rot are not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover negligence, physical abuse, failure of previous coatings, or failure of the manufacture material. Warranty does not cover damage to work completed by Ultra Services Remodeling caused by an issue unrelated to this project. Warranty does not cover damage caused by shifting and/or settling of the property's foundation. Any alteration to Ultra Services’ work by someone who is not associated with Ultra Services Remodeling will immediately void this warranty.
